Validation Credentials

I have a question in which I'm hoping the Medical Tourism City members might be able to help me with: I'm in the process of contracting with different providers on a broad aspect and wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations on how to validate physicians and facilities credentials abroad. I thought maybe there was a organization that would be able to verify credentials on an international level, but I've had no such luck. If anyone can provide any information on this subject I would greatly appreciate it.

Look for JCI accredited hospitals and then personally interview the doctors and google them on internet.
If possible also ask to speak to 1 or 2 of their patients.
