To expand the Medical Tourism, we have to create a software that will allow medical-information exchange world wide. That is, medical records can be fed to any physicians and institutions with ease. In fact, administrative expense is the 5th biggest contributor to high healthcare cost according to McKinsey.

To Mr. Mahmood's point, one option is asking the hospitals if their online communication is secure; most likely yes. Then hire a communication organization to encrypt your email communications. I would expect this to be sufficient, no?

Hi Mr.Fernando, Mr.Mckinsey raised valid point but there are so many things can be implemented for decreasing the cost . As you asked for software, i would say MTC or MTA can be instrumented if you have any particular idea to expand Medical Tourism .
