It has taken me a while to get around to extending a very cordial salutation to all of the Members of the MTA

This 2011.

In 2010 I was fortunate enough to attend the MTA conference in L.A

I will say that because I have been so busy I had not had time to set and actually see

all of the work shops that were offered from other countries. I will add that I am very disappointed to what I found to be un-true ( Mexico prices VS Turkish)

Turkey Hip replacement  - 8,500 usd

Mexico Hip replacement - 14,000 usd " acorrding to Turkey...... it's really 9,500 usd including

physical therapy and in a state-of-the art hopsital

Turkey Knee Replacement - 9,000 usd

Mexico Knee replacement - 12,000 usd according to Turkey....... it's really 7,500 usd including

physical therapy and in a state-of -the-art hopsital

Please make factual statements, as other wise this kind of false statements make all other countries

look bad and expensive.
