Organ Transplantation Resourcing

I have written articles about the United States organ procurement system and ethics and am interested in learning more about organ transplantation on a global scale. You may know that it is illegal within the USA to pay for an organ donor, but I understand this is not the case elsewhere. My interest in organ transplantation includes: corneas, kidneys, and possibly other organs. I would like to see improved communication and resourcing of organs for patients in need. My brother spent ten years on… Continue

Promotion of Medical Tourism by South Korean Government

I found this article very interesting and am most curious about the new law South Korea passed to promote medical tourism. The United States needs to do more to support its medical research facilities that provide cutting edge services in health care.

I have recently gotten into the field of medical tourism. There is a lot of support especially in the area, I am working closely with a surgery center, urgent care center and hotel in the area that have made the process good for the patient. If they travel with a family the hotel is a block away from the Aventura Mall and has a wonderful spa, golf course and pool for spouses and families.
