You linked "Medical Tourism Outlook 2011". Everything revolving around the USA's patients, only one thing is understandable and that is awareness of destination selection. You know medical tourism mean "UNIVERSAL TREATMENT"  and then contents of Medical Tourism not minor . Now Medical Tourism is a vast subject and have so many chapters and vary area wise.

 

Apart from all these, if Moderator wanted to choose best area for Medical Tourism (Specially for continent of America), my best choice is " East Europe" and in East Europe Croatia & Serbia honestly are best countries. I personally found Croatia/Serbia are well acquainted and at the same time economical .
