I'm a U.S. vascular surgeon living in Trindad and head of a company that is planning to build a series of world class medical centers in the Caribbean focused on North,South American medical tourists as well as Europe. I've designed the project so that the nationals of all of these emerging nations will also have access- immediately - to first world healthcare systems that they so desperately need here.
I would be very interested in liaising with your company once our project matures further and is up and running regarding your medical transport company. Immediately, I am interested in developing contacts with nurses who may be interested in an aspect of the project which involves building nursing schools on the campus of each of these medical centers to train world class nurses ( to provide a steady supply of nurses for each of the medical centers) - It will also create a new alternate industry in these island nations ( international nursing education programs - similar to the very successful offshore medical schools a number of these islands have).
At any rate, before we can benefit from the nursing schools we plan to build - I am looking for a way to bridge the next 4-5 years before our nurses are graduating. Any ideas how we can staff the medical centers in the Caribbean with world class nurses - without breaking our budget! ( In the Caribbean, U.S. and European trained nurses are working for 20% what they can earn in the U.S. ) Any ideas - or interest in exchanging further? Please contact me at my email: shaman212@gmail.com Dr. Roger Mason
