Should the USA Ration Healthcare?

In a recent letter to the editor of the New York Times professor Singer of Princeton University argued that rationing healthcare is an option we should consider. What this means is a government panel would decide life and death issues- determining if certain patients are too old or too ill to sustain with exclusive treatments and medications at a high tax payer expense.
