Well I'm still getting enquiries to comment on medical tourism and all that, which is quite flattering. But in fact I've finished writing a children's novel and am currently hawking it round the literary agents and publishers. Sadly not to much effect so far.
Looks like I'm going to be back on the non-fiction trail soon. It's easier for me to get that sort of stuff published, and it's is much nicer than starving to death (haha).
