What you are advocating is very sound in principle and should make 'wellness' more desireable to a wide public. The difficulty lies in the definitions of what the sector represents. This factor seems already to have defeated certain countries efforts to bring 'wellness' within the scope of the International Standards Organisation. How, for instance, can many aspects of 'wellness' be measured in order to set down minimum standards? What is one persons view of contentment and fulfilment can be anothers frustration. More pragmatically many of the 'treatments' that are brought within the bounds of 'wellness' have no basis in professional standards and recognised qualifications. This is not to undermine your efforts to bring 'wellness' to the forefront, for which you should be congratulated and encouraged, but to set down one of the major difficulties in achieving definitions that can become standards.
