This to me is a broad subject,,,one has to believe in the mind,body and spirit connection. I am wondering if the term medical malpractice is missued in alot of cases.When you consider the percent of frivolous cases vs obvious what would the real percent be? I happen to have had privy to information that a great number in the states are just that, frivolous. We want to protect the sick as they and their families are for the most part not familiar with hospitals and procedures the way medical people are.
