I trust you have your operation running in Brazil, and I was wondering about Costa Rica.
I want to start building in a clearly defigned medical conscierge services, that stay "connected" to the patients needs from the moment they arrive in country until they depart. These use to be the services on my Inbound Tour Operator -
Is it menu driven - and do you have the resources in place for recovery accommodations, regular hotel stay, meals, transportation... precisely, what do you do, and are you trying to actually connect with the self-paid clients who are doing this themselves ?
Thus the network of Travel Agents that we are setting up could get directly in contact with you - no outbound facilitator necessary ?

We are working with some major agency groups right now to bring Medical Tourism into the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality industry (where it should be...).
Your new training model will perfectly address the needs of agency training. I'm excited to see you've taken your experience and expertise and are sharing it in this way. You have a clear understand and the proven experience in providing inbound "patient services", and in the overall delivery of the Medical Tourism product, that is every bit as significant as the procedures itself. Unfortunately... it's far too often overlooked in the "lowest price" model.
