I want to start building in a clearly defigned medical conscierge services, that stay "connected" to the patients needs from the moment they arrive in country until they depart. These use to be the services on my Inbound Tour Operator -
Is it menu driven - and do you have the resources in place for recovery accommodations, regular hotel stay, meals, transportation... precisely, what do you do, and are you trying to actually connect with the self-paid clients who are doing this themselves ?
Thus the network of Travel Agents that we are setting up could get directly in contact with you - no outbound facilitator necessary ?

Your new training model will perfectly address the needs of agency training. I'm excited to see you've taken your experience and expertise and are sharing it in this way. You have a clear understand and the proven experience in providing inbound "patient services", and in the overall delivery of the Medical Tourism product, that is every bit as significant as the procedures itself. Unfortunately... it's far too often overlooked in the "lowest price" model.
We ALL need to better wrap our brain around the fact that services delivered (or not delivered) are more significant than simply having the best price.
A client lost over price is a better investment that one who is unsatisfied.
Christine... your partner and you are providing a very valuable service !

This IS goig to work, and you training on the inbound side is a critical component... maybe just directing Central and South America, but to me - that's the USA's largest potential market.
Call or write me and give me a time we can connect.

Didn't realize you were in Costa Rica- thought you were in Brazil.
That being the case, can you find me a provider for hearing aids?
I can get you info on models amd styles, but just needing to know they are available and discounted from US prices.
I'll phone later this week.
Jack
