I'm sure there are a lot of facilitators and I hope they will respond to your request. There are basically two types of contracts one with the clinics, hospital or doctor paying the commission and the other with the patient. The one with the prospective patient is extremly important because thats where you put liability waivers (that may not be enforceable) as well as arbitration agreements that are. I'm sure there will be samples at the conference. Our company is in the process of formulating the contracts and we don't want to do it till after the conference and after our meetings with the attorneys familiar with this area. I have consulted on the issue with legal council. I was given excellent advice on the key factors and the information that needs to be researched. Once I have something, I'll be happy to share it with you.

If you would mind sharing this info with me too that would be helpful. Would you recommend the Third Annual Conference to someone starting new medical tourim biz? From the list of workshops etc it seems quite invaluable.

Thanks Cherie, I look forward to seeing what you will be sharing. Unfortunately, I will not be at the conference this year. I have just purchased the DVDs for the 2008 conference, and the legal workshop was included.
