Air ambulance service in Europe and Asia
Huge differences.... In Europe systems are so easy to handle, Flights are so easily available, Aircraft are available only for medivac fitted with medical equipments.
In India we are at per with European country as per Specialist and paramedic and equipemnts. But we face the main problem with aircraft. rotary wing air craft (Helicopter) is rare and we do medivac by fixed wing air craft. Sometime we do medivac by commercial airliner.
Hope within a year someone somewhere will think and give this service a good look.
