Instead of sitting and making plans and formulating strategies and SOP's try to build business relations outside INDIA...
but i feel for bulding up the relation we do need some content to do the presentations to the agents with whom we need to develop the the relation.

so a hurry in bulding relation is not advisable , rather make your self ready then hit the market, rather than going unprepared.

it's an interesting time we live in. The target market is large because the variety and types of patients are many. Your most important task will be to drill down your value proposition. Patients will be asking " what can you do for me?" You will have to show them how you can deliver on the services they are looking for and do it in an ethical and transparent manner.
I do appreciate the opinion that we do need some content to present ourself.
But i think that it would be much more productive to study the market priorhand and formulate plans and strategies accordingly.As the needs and demands varies according to the market it wont be feasible to bank upon a standard strategy universally.

Any suggestions are most welcome...

To start with you can concentrate on the general medical procedures, for that you need to do a bit secondary research and primary as well to know the market scenario. Different countries have some particular diseases on which you can cater to. You can go through the health status or health review articles of different countries to know the status.

Then you will be in better position to decide with whom should you build your network....
