Dear Doctor,
I think there are two points in your discussion, quality & quality assurance. Along with all arrangement & facilities (we are providing to our clients) we should have budget for adertisement. There are many hospitals/clinics i have visited, they are full of facilities and have well acquainted staff but dont have fame because they are not spending money for advertisement.

There are so many relevant steps you can take but along with all, advertisement on (TV Channels, Print Media, Internet etc) can be effected and can leave promulgative influences. Only this is the way , you can highlight your services.

Hello Mr.Nasir,
Very rightly said the relevance of Advertisement. I think the reason behind for not spending money in advertisements is its uncertainty of results. The advertisements we do is "residual Advertisements", i.e advertisements done with the remaining funds after its allocation into the Assets,Liabilities,Salaries and dividends.

"Quality" itself has broad spectrum of cost,values and understood differently by different people. Factors influencing Medical Travel in terms of Quality cannot be known and analysed unless and until we have some defined Quality Standards which are not limited to an Hospital's own code of conduct but, universally acceptable.
