As I am writing a medical tourism guidebook, I am seeking advice from experts
about tax return for US, UK and europe patients going for treatment abroad
for medical procedures. since I dont pat a penny as a tax in Dubai, (yes, I am
lucky one), I have no clue about this segment in medical tourism industry. also,
is there any patient. 

I am looking for firm answers, evidence and experince based.
