There are different kinds of resources depending on the type of informaiton you are looking for.
For a patient: To find out more info about a particluar hospital or medical tourism company, medical tourism city is a good resource. Also a lot fo websites have reviews on hospitals and companies. I also recently came across a website medtrawell who were offerign to do the research about a medical tourism company or hospital for free. Not sure if they are still providign this service. Even if they are not, they a re a community based site, so you can request a review and I think other medical tourists will give you their optinion.
For doctor: I am not very sure which are the best soruces of info. Funny considering I am myself a doctor :D. But I usually find medical toruism city to be a good enough source.
for entrepreneur: I am not aware of any good soruces of info, but again i think medtrawell and medical tourism city which are user communities can help you in this. You are actually on the righ tpath with this post :)
For hospital: absolutely no idea. this is the probably the most murky part of medical tourism and harldy any good public info available.
I think the bottom line is that there are very few educational resources or information products out there on medical tourism.
