The general opinion is that a hospital can be better managed if a doctor is at the helm of affairs.
You might have have come across doctors who are very efficient managers, but sometimes at the cost of their mainstream profession. We have come across those business boys, born with a "business spoon" (silver or gold whatever..) in their mouth, making profits from the industry, sometimes even resorting to ad hoc approaches and typical uncouth styles. In either case, there could be some ugly gap. How to remove this and what are your suggestions?
