When we take steps to facilitate common people, definitely their safety & health should be on the top of the list. What is going to be answered by the law makers but one thing they should keep in their minds that if they are going to deliver many things as well as free-border facility is concern, and not having lenient policy regarding health issues, i would say they have done nothing.
I have wrote about this issue many time and tried to exalt/tried to lift upward this types of matters but of-course people like Dr.Prem can explain more better. This is most important issue as well as Medical Tourism is concern so it should have proirity. Some huge debates needed in this regard or should be organised conferences in-which all related professionals should be invited like Officials(Health departments), Foreign offices, Diplomatic/Immigration officers etc. This is not a simple to get them convinced but also not difficult to describe for health professionals.
