If anybody can describe from his personal experience what are the ways different MT Facilitators from different regions can do to help each other? What are the examples of cooperation between them if any?

Dear all.

I like to follow your discussions and maybe I can add some experinces from my site.
I'm in MT since 6 years now, based in Germany and I did experience the same situation as Mrs. Katja. Patients from Pakistan, Afganistan or ie India getting no VISA most like. Why?

Well, these countries are full of people who wants to escape the bad living situation there. Therefor they are trying to get a Visa for the Swiss or the Schengen area for entering the EU. Also don't forget the countries from Africa like Nigeria. So I stopped dealing with patients from these countries.

Cooperations with other MT providers or faciliators most like failes because of too high commission they are expecting out of referral deals. Of course, it can work out. But in MT everybody should think big! Less service fees but big numbers of patients means a big revenue.

I'm very pleased to cooperate with other MT provides from the USA, UK, Russia and Gulf countries if they want to send any of their patients for an excellent and affordable treatment in Germany.

Mr.Martin,
Great observation/experiences you have . Now all countries, you have mentioned, they should quit from MTC forum. This forum is not for these countries ? I am member of MTC more than one year but this issue is always on.
Mr. Engelmann, you are right , that many people are just trying to get visa.
But keep attention, you just can tell about people when you know their history , their familiy
and their whole life. And when somebody wants to travel in business and in his homecountry he is high recommend ,in a good financial situation with growing business with an also recommended familiy.

Due to this, Mr Engelmann , your situation was completely other than mine. You can not know
my situation,so please be careful with comments, if you do not know details.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.

hi everybody iam dr sanjay tandon from india into buissness from last 5years my patients travel all over world according to theair buget. one patient from afganistan wanted to travel to germany onmedical ground but could not produce relivent document. he followed and pressed us alot but then we had to say firmly NO to him . drsanjay tandon new delhi india
I agree with you Dr. Tandon, the documents are the most important thing. And when here
something is wrong, really then I would say also no.
My experience in past were just positive with clients from Pakistan.for example. All documents were given to embassy. I know this sure because Iam always in contact with embassy when I have clients from other countries. One important point is the age of the person who wants to travel on medical ground. When they are too young , it will be difficult.
I never was pressed in any way, and due to this my clients get my support.
I wish all of you on MTC the same positive experiences, and believe, the way you think about your clients, in the same way they come to you. And thats why I love all my clients.
But its your decision.

Almost every week we read bad experiences of facilitators at MTC. And all of them being decieved by Pakistani/Indian/African etc. We accept there are some groups are involved in these type of things but this is not their ability but this is truely disability of services providers.

When service providers take start and compile documents of client's treatment history, at that time if providers dont have any criteria then how can they (providers who dont have criteria) peruse patient's profile. Providers should have proper procedure to pass on clients towards embassy. After that embassy have very strict policy and it is never easy to getting visa in mentioned countries.

If embassy is satisfied and granting visa, its mean you are totally deceived by your dubious clients because when providers fulfil embassy's requirements then embassies definitly will give honour to their countr's official documents. Here Services providers's ability matter and i would say they have to improve their judgment ability or they should have high professional criteria. They should not think that , money is received , its mean client is fair. Just put away monetary matters and first improve "check ability" mentally and in paper working.

It is hard to read but truely in your favour. Therefore i would request take care dont write here again & again and set your both sides through better way. Recently one of my Hungarian friend faced same problem even he was informed before time by some his genuine friends. Now let me know, where is the fault ?

What can be an example of cooperation between MT Facilitors ?
Dear all,
a great example can be sharing informations about excellent results of products in health care and prevention.
My visit yesterday at a fair in Bern let me know brellient results in supporting skin cancer rehabilitation.
When everybody is interested to know more, please have a look at www.omnimedica.com
My clients get the products for anti ageing prevention and it helpls adults and children for more concentration, better skin and health.
The power point presentation from Dr. Holzgang Schneiter confirmed this and I hope I will get the presentation
by mail, so that I can share with all, who are interested.
Additional to this starts the new anti ageing wellness drink with the same ingredients most of all OM24 against free radicals, also with results on cellbiological base.
Wishing just the best for all your patients around the world.
Yours sincerely

Hi,
It seriously is an interesting topic for discussion.
Personally I have had very bad experiences with various facilitators who come upwith a lot of enquiries but when we return with the mode and the treatment options they somehow let it fizzle and there is simply no response from the other end.
Unfortunately no one wants to commit to a common platform or pool which could help in converting a lot of enquiries in to potential clients.
Secondly they look at promoting every facility in the book without knowledge of clinical outcomes and success rates which later on lead them to their grave.
I believe in creating a relationship between the doctor and the patient which gives the patient a sound sense of direction therefore believe in promoting the specialist rather than the facility.
It would give me immense pleasure if the members here come together and pool resources am sure we can create a global platform for a trustworthy brand and committed professionals towards a common goal of Patient satisfaction.
To end I can provide a huge input from Delhi, Singapore, Srilanka and Uzbekistan for the common patients with competetive prices and huge benefits for the common platform and am sure that all facilitators from different parts would be able to do the same. I humbly invite all possible facilitators to combine like Mr Nasir from Pakistan and other distinguished contributors towards achieving a common goal and success.
Cheers to my dream and hope i somehow realize it.
