I hope this attracts maximum participation and the out come is published with compilation of data , aggregation and required segregation .
Apart from that, if some kind of tool be developed which has a sampling technique predefined e.g. random stratified sampling for observation of detailed analysis of minute details e.g. reaction time of hospitals. total procedure time and associated time of travel ,length of stay for a sample size of ideally chosen and fixed number say for example 30.( for different procedures from different locations for development of some kind of picture, comparison of costs and features, would be a good learning material.
